INSECT SCREEN
ROLL
Vertical Insect Roller Screen with Integrated Guide
Description
Description
The vertical roller insect screen from COLORI is an elegant, practical, and long-lasting solution for protection against mosquitoes, flies, and other insects. It is suitable for all types of windows and ensures comfortable ventilation without restricting the entry of natural light and fresh air.
The structure is made of high-quality aluminum profiles and a light gray fiberglass mesh with a Teflon coating and UV protection, which is resistant to weather conditions and has a low shading degree. When retracted, the mesh rolls into a compact aluminum box, and the side guides ensure smooth movement and an excellent seal.
The roller mechanism includes a spring for automatic mesh retraction, handles for easy operation, stoppers for locking in the lowered position, and a cord for easy access to the handles on higher-positioned windows. Optionally, a brake can be added to prevent the mesh from retracting abruptly, contributing to safer and more comfortable use.
Unlike standard roller screens, all components of the COLORI model are pre-assembled in an aluminum frame (20/40 mm). This allows for extremely easy installation – it is only necessary to attach the frame to the window joinery with four screws. The solution provides a better seal and a precise fit to the window frame.
As standard, the aluminum frame is available in white (RAL 9003), brown (RAL 8014), and anthracite (RAL 7016), as well as in wood decors such as Golden Oak, Walnut, Mahogany, and Wenge. Upon request, we also offer powder coating in any RAL color for a perfect match with the window joinery. Please note that RAL painting or the choice of a wood decor extends the production time by up to 9 working days.
The main advantages of the roller insect screen are its compact construction, convenient daily use, the ability to keep the mesh retracted in the box during winter without disassembly, and its long service life.
IMPORTANT: The maximum guaranteed area for the vertical roller insect screen is 2.2 m².
IMPORTANT: Vertical roller insect screens are designed for windows and are not suitable for balcony doors. For balcony doors, we recommend a hinged insect screen or a Plisse model insect screen.

Custom-made products
All blinds are manufactured with a tolerance of ±0.5 cm, and awnings with ±3 cm.
Please enter the dimensions carefully. Products made to custom dimensions are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Blackout Roman, Pleated, and 89mm Vertical blinds
When manufacturing blackout blinds, fine pinholes may appear at the fabric seams, allowing a minimal amount of light to pass through. We minimize this, but it cannot be completely avoided.
Fabric width
For Roller and Day & Night Impression blinds, please note that the fabric width will be 3–4 cm narrower than the ordered blind width.
