UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE AND CONTENT STANDARDS

You warrant that any such contribution will comply with the Content Standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

We will try to remove and stop using your content as soon as reasonably practicable but note that once your content is included on our site it may be shared and reposted and we will be unable to remove the content from other websites, media or publications not in our control, or to stop third parties from using it.

CONTENT STANDARDS

The Content Standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. The standards apply to each part of any content as well as to its whole.

We will determine, at our discretion, whether any content breaches the Content Standards.

1. Your content must be accurate (where it states facts); genuinely held (where it states opinions); comply with the law applicable in Bulgaria and in any country from which it is posted.
2. Your content must not:

(a) Be defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.

(b) Promote sexually explicit material.

(c) Promote violence.

(d) Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

(f) Be likely to deceive any person.

(g) Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.

(h) Promote any illegal activity.

(i) Be in contempt of court.

(j) Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

(k) Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.

(l) Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.

(m) Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

(n) Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.

(o) Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

TAKE DOWN PROCEDURE

If you genuinely believe that any content on our site does not comply with the Content Standards please notify us by email at einfo@colori.bg and we will investigate your claim. Removal of any content will be in accordance with requirements under applicable law and, where applicable law does not require removal, at our sole discretion.

RULES ABOUT LINKING TO OUR SITE

You may link to our home page for non-commercial purposes, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Bulgarian law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
