Invoices
If you need an invoice, please contact us in good time. An invoice, or a correction to one already issued, can be made within 5 calendar days of the purchase date.
After this period, COLORI 2005 EOOD cannot issue or correct an invoice.

Is paying by card safe?
Yes. Card payments are processed to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard – the highest level of security for card payments. Your details are encrypted, and we never see or store them.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Choose “Bank transfer” at checkout. You’ll receive our bank details in the confirmation email. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. For international orders we accept card payments and bank transfer only.
Are there any payment fees?
No. We don’t charge any extra fee for paying by card or bank transfer.
How do I get an invoice?
Contact us within 5 calendar days of the purchase date. After this period we cannot issue or correct an invoice (Art. 113(4) of the Bulgarian VAT Act).
