INSECT SCREEN

The hinged insect screen from COLORI is a practical, reliable, and elegant solution for protection against mosquitoes, flies, and other insects. It is suitable for both windows and doors, providing convenient access through easy opening and closing.

The structure is made of a high-quality single-chamber aluminum profile with a channel for a rubber cord, measuring 25 mm in width and 17 mm in thickness. The insect screen is equipped with a fine fiberglass mesh, which provides effective protection against insects without restricting natural light or the ventilation of the room.

The screen is attached to the joinery by means of hinges and a latch, ensuring stability, easy opening, and a tight seal. The PVC elements are available in white, brown, or black and are automatically selected according to the chosen frame color.

For areas over 1.2 m², the structure is manufactured with a reinforcing crossbar for greater strength, stability, and durability.

As standard, the aluminum frame is offered in white (RAL 9003), with the option for powder coating in RAL, as well as in wood decors: Golden Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Mahogany, and Light Oak. RAL coating or the choice of a wood decor extends the production time by up to 9 working days.

NOTE: Hinges, latches, and handles are not pre-installed on the insect screen and are attached during installation.

IMPORTANT: The maximum warranty area for a hinged insect screen is 2.0 m². If larger dimensions are required, we recommend the Plisse insect screen model, which is specially designed for large openings and intensive use.

Insect screens from COLORI combine functionality, long service life, and a clean design – a solution that ensures peace of mind, comfort, and reliable protection throughout all seasons.
