INSECT SCREEN

The fixed (non-opening) insect screen from COLORI is a practical, elegant, and economical solution for reliable protection against mosquitoes, flies, and other insects. It is the most affordable insect screen option and is suitable for all types of windows where regular moving or opening of the screen is not required.

The insect screen is made of a sturdy aluminum frame measuring 25 mm in width and 17 mm in thickness, combined with a high-quality, Teflon-coated fiberglass mesh. The mesh is weather-resistant and UV-resistant, does not degrade in the sun, and ensures a long service life.

Installation is carried out by attaching it to the window frame using clips, which allows the screen to be easily removed when necessary to clean the window or frame. It can also be dismantled and stored seasonally during the winter months.

Important: Installation of a fixed insect screen requires access to the window from the outside. It is most suitable for windows facing a terrace, as well as for ground-floor rooms.

The aluminum frame is available as standard in white (RAL 9003), brown (RAL 8019 or RAL 8003), as well as in wood finishes: "Golden Oak," "Cherry," "Walnut," "Mahogany," and "Light Oak." We also offer RAL powder coating for a perfect match with the color of your window frames.

Please note that RAL painting or the choice of a wood finish extends the production time by up to 9 business days.

IMPORTANT: The maximum guaranteed area for a fixed insect screen is 2.0 m². For larger dimensions, we recommend the Plisse insect screen model.
